My vehicle was transported from Arizona to Virginia. This was my first time purchasing a used vehicle and using a long distance shipping. I was quite nervous to be honest and skeptical about using this transport service but I had no other option due to the timeframe that I couldn't fly out to pick up the car myself. Obviously this was the only option if you don't want to add several thousand miles on your newly purchased car.
The Cascade's customer service personnel (Malia) has been very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process and I could rely on their experience on top of the fact that the quoted price was quite compatible with others. It was unfortunate that the shipper (not the Cascade) raised the price at the last minute when I already made other arrangement and I had to bite the bullet...
The overall experience with Cascade has been satisfactory but now I realize that there are always "risks" and the things that you do not have full control over your vehicle transport are involved in the process (such as pickup & delivery date/time of the vehicle is totally upto the drivers' schedule as they constantly pick up, drop off cars as they move). Yes, they give you a broad window of "estimated" delivery date though. It probably is the nature of this business...
The bottom line is; the Cascade's overall service is great!
