Company was unable to meet quote and I was charged an extra $100.The company contact person is nice and ensured that I had knowledge of the transport process from the initial transport order to delivery of my vehicle. Cascade Vehicle Shipping picked up my car one day earlier than the requested day. The company contact person and driver kept me informed of when the vehicle was picked up, who was delivering the vehicle and the estimated time of delivery. When I got my car, I found scatches and a small dent on my passenger side door and window. But the driver is a really nice person, and he also said the insurance compay would contact me for the damage. Anyway, even there is a litte problem in the process of transporting, still recommended!
