Worst Customer Service Ever

This company seemed good at first. They gave us the day the would pick up and day they would drop off. Our first issue was they didn't communicate. We knew what day pick up was but couldn't get anyone to call us back to tell us what time pick up would be. We had to sit at the house all day and wait. The biggest problem was the day the car was to be delivered (the day they told us) they called and said the truck broke down three days earlier. They said we should have the car in the next two days but they would call us. My husband had to call them at the end of the second day when we hadn't heard from them or had the car delivered. They didn't answer or return our left message. We called again the third day and were told the truck was now being looked at. The said in cases like this a discount would be given due to our inconvenience. We called again on the fourth day and they still couldn't tell us anything yet. The fifth day they called us and said the car should be here within another 3 days (that's 8 days past the delivery date they gave us). They gave us a number of a guy named Nick to call and he would be giving us a discount because of the situation. On the day the car was to be delivered, I called Nick. He told me they don't give discounts and it wasn't there fault the car took so long. He said they don't guarantee delivery dates. I told him this wasn't acceptable when we had been told by the dispatch we would receive a discount. He got very loud with me on the phone and claimed their company doesn't make a lot of money to be able to give discounts. He also said he didn't care if we or anyone we know don't use there company again. I was shocked by this and told him he needs to make it clear to dispatch to not tell their customers they will get discounts if they won't be. He said he would take only $50 off and that was it. He told me to take it up with our broker not his company. He was a complete jerk and if this is how that company run their business PLEASE DONT EVER USE THEM!! I still don't have my car yet and its been 20 days and their response to me for their truck breaking down is "next time go with another company". If he would have been nice about it and apologized and taken even $100 off I would have been okay. Nick, came at the situation right away with a terrible attitude, yelled at me and wouldn't even try to make it right. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! DONT USE THEM!! DONT USE THEM!! NOT WORTH IT!!
