The enclosed pick up was one day earlier than I expected. The actual delivery day was what I expected. It took 6 days to transport from CT to TX. I transported a classic car and chose enclosed because I did not want the car exposed to the elements. I pais thirteen hundred which was more than I wanted to spend. I attempted to contact Carmoza in the middle of the week for an update but they could not give me specifics on where my vehicle was at. There was no on-line tracking feature. The tracking feature they offer is just a maximum estimate. Would have rather had a real tracking service.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed in our service. Unfortunately, enclosed transports are almost double the amount of a transport on an open carrier. That additional amount goes entirely to the carrier so we have absolutely no interest in charging you more for your transport. We offer prices that are fair to both the carrier and the customer. The carrier we assigned your transport to picked up and delivered on the exact dates we provided to you at the time of dispatch. We could have provided you with an update on where you vehicle was located any given moment during the transport by simply picking up the phone and calling the driver. That is something we would have been happy to do had you just asked. Our customer service team is entirely dedicated to providing our customers with updates at any point from the time an order is placed.
