I bought a 2009 Polaris Ranger on Ebay...This was the first time I shipped anything of this size. I contacted Carmoza and was given an honest quote. The price was good and I accepted. After 2 days I E-mailed Scott with questions during the wait for a pick up. He responded immediately and kept me informed throughout the process. Scott turned the order over to the dispatchers and assured me that everything would be taken care of. Sonda contacted me the 24th and informed me they had a shipper.Specialized Transportation, I then contacted Michelle who gave me a very accurate estimate of delivery time. The driver Terry called me the night before delivery, explained his stops and told me he would be here at about noon. I received the Ranger in great shape at about 11:45am. Terry was very professional and cool to talk to. During this adventure I learned that this is a very competetive industry and you can be easy to be scammed. You put your faith in companies that you have never delt with and hope for the best. I did not feel that way with Carmoza. Their customer comunication was excellent.
