During a military move, I was referred to Carmoza from a reputable military type BBB. I contacted the company in December to receive a quote and was told by the representative to call back within 10-15 days from the actual date of pickup. Early February I had contacted Carmoza in order to schedule an actual pickup and delivery. The window for pickup was between the 7th-10th of February. I had paid in full, $1475 and was assured that the pickup would be no later than the 10th.

As the dates approached then soon came and went, It was clear that my vehicle was not going to be picked up. I only found this out after I contacted the company. No effort was made by the representative to contact myself in order to clarify any delays. When I did finally speak with the representative, 3 days after scheduled pickup, I received the "company line" of "We're working it..." This is completely unacceptable in terms of customer service and gives no clarification as to what the delay was. The customer service was/is completely unsatisfactory and left me in the dark for the majority of the process.

At this point in time, I was running against the clock in order to execute orders, cross country move, with my family. I had no choice but to leave the vehicle behind with a friend for pickup.

Finally, after getting empty promises of "...We will call you tomorrow and everyday in order to update you on any new status..." which never happened, by the way. My vehicle was accepted and scheduled for pickup a full 3 weeks late.

Once the truck driver arrived however, he did not have room on the transport to fit my truck on... Yes, that is correct, he didn't have room!

I then, after much dismay, cancelled the order. I have still yet to receive a refund, which again was promised to be in within 24 hours... again, no contact with the company can be made in order to clarify delays. I only paid in full because I was going to be unable to accept delivery of the vehicle in California and would rather not inconvienience a friend whom was receiving delivery of the vehicle.

Avoid this company! There are plenty of other auto transport companies that still reflect business values of integrity, customer service and loyalty... This company obviously, does not.
