The transportation individual was on time, even though it was a cold blustery winter day, with temps. in the single digits. They notified me as they were coming from about 50 miles away and again when they were within less than an hour away from the pickup location. The driver was very courteous. With the weather the way it was, with high winds. I wasn't too sure things would work out well. But I must say that I am extremely pleased, and overjoyed with how short a time frame it took to get to the destination. My son who was on the receiving end told me how happy he was.

I would definitely use this carrier again if I ever have another vehicle to ship.
