My experience with this company was less than satisfactory. I made very clear to them when I needed my car picked up and the strict timelines I was working with as I was moving thousands of miles away on a set date. They did not communicate with me properly in my opinion, leaving me stressed and contacting them several times. While Leo did his best and I appreciate his kindness and attention, his sales "manager" Matthew, who refused to provide his name or title when I called to gain information on the cancellation process, was a shocking headache to speak to. He actually ended up LITERALLY screaming at me and hanging up the phone after I told him their cancellation process was sketchy and expressed my disdain at their communication and his attempt to verbally reference for the 1st time critical info buried in contract legalese. Matthew exhibited extremely rude, childish, and unprofessional behavior that reflects poorly on the company and due to his actions, I will not use them again. Car delivery itself was fine.
