Joe was wonderful in trying to mediate between my daughter and I during a very difficult time. While we ended up not using the service, he went out of his way to call both of us to try to determine all the correct details. My daughter ended up deciding to bring the car home rather than shipping it, so the service was not needed. Should this type of service be needed again, I would not hesitate to contact Joe for assistance.
