Would Not Recommend - Late Pickup and Poor Communication

My vehicle was picked up three days late. After the first day, I contacted Glen who told me to contact the driver myslef. When I couldn’t reach the driver, Glen finally agreed to help. (I thought that is what I was paying for.)

My van was delivered covered in hydraulic fluid. Not only was it a complete mess to clean, it destroyed my newly sealed asphalt driveway. The driver just explained stuff like this happens with open carriers.

Overall, my experience was miserable. I should have known to never go with the lowest bidder. I do not recommend CarShipper USA.
