I called Glen at Car Shipper USA on 11/04/11 and asked if he could get my daughter's motorcycle to me in CA by 11/17/11. He said he didn't think it would be a problem. I was worried because most of the other shippers told me it would take about 15 days even though it's only a little over 1000 miles. Evelyn called me on Wednesday the 9th and said the driver could pick it up that evening and have it delivered by Friday the 11th. I called Glen on Wednesday evening and Glen gave me the drivers number so I could check on the progress, he also told me I could call him at anytime if I had any questions or problems even though there is a 3 hour time difference. Both Glen and Evelyn provided excellent customer service! The driver dropped it off this morning at 5:30 am! Thanks again Glen!
