Promised a range of 3 days that my car would be picked up and the reservations were made over a month in advance. Called and confirmed reservations and the 3 days came and gone with no calls from Car Movers USA. Of course they blamed the driver - once again they assured me they would have someone out there ASAP to pick it up. Days turned into weeks and no pickup, and I called about every other day. Then they told me if I wanted my car picked up it would cost $250 dollars more. Finally it got picked up by Tony's Transport out of Spokane, WA and they were terrific. They told me they were actually in Nashville earlier to pick up my car but couldn't get the paper work from Car Movers...what? I now have another car to move and I am calling Tony's Transport directly and cutting out the broker specially these rip-off artists called Car Movers USA.
