Had a written contract to transport my small travel trailer from Michigan to Florida. The afternoon before it was to be picked up I contacted the company to verify that they were all set and to get an approximate time of pick up. I got the following reply, "Yes! The driver's on way, He has a few vehicles to deliver and the he will tow your RV." I was then told that the driver would call with an ETA. The next morning I get a message from Kevin Adams stating, "There's an issue. The driver was on his way and his truck broke down." From that point on everything went downhill. For the next three days I went back and forth with him to get my trailer picked up and then delivered to Florida. His response was that he could get another company to pick it up at the cost of $2,700 (four times the original amount) Finally, after trying to get another company to do it, I was left with no option but to agree to them delivering it for $1,500 in order to get it down to Florida in time for me to start my new job. The company has since been in contact with me saying, "Apologize for the inconvenience, we appreciate your feedback. We will definitely rectify the problem." Then I get multiples text arguing with me when I asked to be reimbursed $1,075 which was the additional amount I had to pay in order for them to transport and drop my trailer off. They have NOT rectified the situation at this time! Terrible service and follow through. DO NOT go with this company!
