My husband and I went through 2 brokers from 2 different companies before we went with Andy & Cat at Capitol Auto Transport. Our 1st broker kept beating around the bush with my husband telling him that there was a carrier there to pick up his truck and there never was. Our 2nd broker basically did not do his job, I was the one calling him to raise the price for the carrier, I was not updated about anything unless I called him. Finally we got an excellent broker, Andy. He let us know that it was going to be difficult delivering to our city, he never gave up, and kept us in the loop the whole time. Andy did an excellent job!!! All 3 brokers were from 3 different companies, I guess 3rd try is a charm. Alexander Guzman from Atlanta Motor Transport LLC was our carrier. He also did an excellent job delivering the vehicle and working with my parents when the vehicle arrived to its destination. All in all we had a very good experience with Capitol Auto Transport!
