Excellent first time auto transport experience!

The transport of our Saturn to Ft. Lauderdale went smoothly. First of all, the communications I had with Capital were great!! They were very professional and friendly in our phone conversations. They did an EXCELLENT job in handling my questions and concerns. Cat, my main contact, was extremely easy to talk to, explained the ins-n-outs of auto transportation to me, and she offered a genuine concern regarding the safety and the delivery/on-time transport of our vehicle to Florida. I whole heartedly give Capital an A+/10 rating!!! I would definitely use Capital again in the future and will recommend your services to anyone I know in need of such transportation services.

In regards to carrier, A Unique Transport, they did a fine job as well. The driver was supposed to contact us prior to picking up the vehicle but did not. That is the only "negative" comment I can make regarding A Unique Transport. The driver was very thorough with his inspection of the vehicle. I was at work at the time of the pick-up but my wife commented that the driver was very polite, took his time in documenting all the nicks and scratches on the car, and that he was very careful and methodical in the loading the vehicle onto his truck. I would give A Unique Transport a A-/9.5 rating!

Overall, my wife and I are/were extremely happy with Capital's services. The car arrived in Ft. Lauderdale in 7 days and was fairly clean considering the long journey it had made. My brother-in-law, who signed for the vehicle, commented on how clean the car was, that the overall condition of the car was good, and that the driver was very polite and professional. The driver took his time in going over the Bill of Lading, off-loaded the car with time and care and that was greatly appreciated!

Thank You Cat once again for all your help, time, and patience in the transport of our car to Ft. Lauderdale. You and Capital helped to make our first time experience in transporting a vehicle a very positive one! We are so glad we chose Capital and are thankful and very appreciative for all your hard work and diligence!
