If you're the slightest bit hesitant to choose a broker, you'll do yourself a favor by using Capitol Auto Transport. I worked with Cat, who was helpful in every way. I had never shipped a car across country before, let alone anything on an open truck. Cat answered the many questions I had and communicated enough so that a person from out of the business could grasp the ins and outs of the process. She coached me on what to do each step of the way, and everything worked out well. My advice if you're new: don't skimp on the price you pay for the transport (don't over pay either). Like most everything in life: you get what you pay for.
