I am very pleased with the service I received from Capitol Auto Transport. Mr. Dakota was very professional and thoroughly explained all the steps involved with the pickup and delivery of my car. He was readily available for telephone communication whenever I tried to contact him. He kept me well informed as to when my car would be picked up in Morristown, New Jersey. Before pickup, the truck driver contacted me and the previous owner and provided us with the day and approximate time that he would arrive to pick up the car. He arrived on scedule. Then he called me again to notify me of the approximate time he would be in Hanover, Maryland to deliver my car. He arrived within about one hour of his projected arrival time. The car arrived clean and undamaged. The driver took extra precaution to ensure that he did not damage the car when unloading it. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. One more note of importance. The total transaction time from when I called Mike Dakota to inform him that I would be using Capitol's service to the time that the vehicle arrived at the delivery point was less than two days! I had expected this transaction to take five to ten days!

In summary, I am more than pleased with the service that I received from Mike Dakota, Cat, and Terrell the truck driver. I would definitely consider doing business with Capitol Auto Transport in the future.
