I had never used a car transport compnay before and really didn't know how to go about things or what to expect. Sarah was the nicest person, answered all of my questions, provided me with all the information necessary plus even more, and helped put some of my fears to rest. I was able to contact her at any time to check the status of my car, etc. She also followed up to make sure I got the car and i was pleased. I was alos impressed by the driver of the transporter. He was very nice and polite. he called me to tell me when he was soming and brought it right to my driveway. It was a positive experience for me and if I ever had to do this again I would certainly call Capital Auto Transport and ask for Sarah.
