This was my first experience with a transport of a vehicle from one state to another and didnt know what to expect. Went online to check for a quote and was bombarded with emails and phone calls from 7 or 8 companies over and over again. Only one company did not harass me but allowed me time to get my "ducks" in order and that was Janet Bruce at Capitol Auto Transport. When I called , she was courtous,helpful , and led me through the process quickly and easily.Early the next morning she called and said that she had a driver in the area who had a smaller truck but could pick it up that morning and have it here the next day but he needed a little more money than Iwas previously quoted which I fully understood .... smaller truck, quicker delivery time , to which I was fully agreeable with . The driver contacted me quickly, was courtious, and gave me an estimated time. Later that evening he called again to better coordinate arrangenentsfor the next day. By lunchtime the next day my vehicle was delivered as promised . The driver was both friendly and professional , his equipment was first rate , and he did all he promised and then some.Everyone I came in contact with during this procedure did everything they could do to make this a pleasent experience....
