I chose Capitol Auto Transport after researching other competitors services and their prices. My first point of contact was with Dakota, who proved to be very professional, efficient and informative. Dakota was able to obtain a carrier for me the same day of contact with him. KJ Falcon was the carrier that I used. The carrier promised delivery in four days because there was two drivers, however I received my vehicle 3 days later due to the mechanical problems the carrier was experiencing. This was not a concern because I did not have a deadline in receiving my vehicle. Dakota was in contact with myself and Alex, the driver throughout the entire process. To sum up my experience, my vehicle arrived in good condition and as promised after the carrier was repaired. I would use Capitol Auto Transport and KJ Falcon services in the future as well as refer them to anyone who wish to receive great service !!!! It is important to do your research.
