My vehicle was picked up on November 11th in California. On that date we were told that I could expect delivery of my vehicle to North Carolina within 7 to 10 days. Throughout this process CAA never once called me to let me know the whereabouts of my car. I made all points of communication. Each time I called I was given a different due date and time. Each delivery time passed with no vehicle or word from the company. 5 days past the due delivery date I was finally guaranteed by the driver and CAA Transport that my car would be delivered on November 23rd by 7pm. I called the driver when he did not arrive and he told me that he was 2 hours away waiting to pick up a car. He then told me he would deliver on the 24th by 1pm. The next day he did not show, so I immediately called him. He continued to tell me that he was still two hours away, and still had to pick up two more vehicles, whereas yesterday, he made it seem that I was his next stop. And again, he guaranteed delivery that afternoon and didn't show. That evening he called less than an hour before he wanted to drop it off. Because I was away from my phone and did not answer, he drove my car 30 miles away and dropped it off at a "terminal." He refused to tell us the location. Upon calling Cynthia at CAA the next day, she also refused to provide any information. It wasn't until we told them we were on our way to the police station to report the car as stolen that they told us the address. They agreed to deliver the car that day through the company they dropped it off with.

My car was dirty and there was damage.
