Contracted Driver had Truck Problems

Chose Bullseye because of previous reviews and when speaking with Carla on the phone she was just nice to deal with.

After everything was arranged the contracted trucker had mechanical problems so the car sat for five days longer than what was originally agreed upon which was inconsequential, since there was no real urgency to get the vehicle except to be able to drive my new Mini Cooper.

After I was told of the situation I was given a new date which was again delayed an additional day. Besides the delays everything went well and the car arrived in one piece.

Perhaps the transport companies might consider an additional rate for cars that are less than 12 feet in length given they take a lot less space on the transport truck!! I know word would get out on the web communities and believe me their is a market in small vehicle transport now and sure to be a niche in the future...
