I was very nervous shipping my car after all of the research I did on vehicles that arrived dirty, damaged, and missing items. But when I called Bullseye Carla assured me that they only use a handful of select carriers instead of the bulletin board system other carriers use so they have more control over the shipping results. My car arrived in perfect condition. It wasn't even dirty on the outside and the inside was as pristine as when I gave it to them.

My only minor complaint was they picked my car up on May 1st and I later received an email from Bullseye saying they picked my car up on the 3rd and it would be delivered on the 13th. I waited patiently until the 12th and called the driver contact number to see if I could get an idea of when it would be delivered the next day and after some confusion the driver told me they were 170 miles away and it would be delivered that day. So I waited around until the evening and called them back when I had not heard from them. This time a different man answered and told me he thought I was a different owner and my car wouldn't be available until the next day, the 13th. On the 13th in the afternoon I called the driver to get an idea when they'd be dropping it off and they didn't answer so I left a voice message asking for a time frame so I could plan Mother's Day around the delivery. I didn't hear back from them. The next day (the 14th) I called again and they said they'd deliver it the next day. They said they'd give me a call a few hrs before they were ready to deliver it but instead I got a call that afternoon saying they were as close as they could get and for me to meet them. So we jumped in the car and drove 30 mins to where they were and picked up the car. Fortunately I wasn’t in a rush to get my car so the waiting around was only a very mild inconvenience, however the fact my car was just as good as when I dropped it off I was thrilled.

So the driver communication was less than ideal, but the value of having my car delivered in the same condition as they picked it up made up for the inconvenience.

I would definitely use Bullseye again if I need to ship a car anywhere.
