After finding out the fact that auot transport business with terms and conditions in small print such as "we may or may not pick up your car in between two to fourteen days and we may or may not deliver within two to three weeks and if we damage your car it is too bad for you and if we end up not picking your car within thirty days you can request your deposit back..." I was rather concerned in regards to how to transport my Audi accross the States in winter. It all changed (well... almost) when I spoke with wonderful Carla from Bullseye Transport. She could be the only reason why you should choose Bullseye Transport for your next auot transport. The quote I had from them was closer to the hightest ones I have received but the no nonsense information and detailed description of how it is going to work out (by Carla) made me decide without worries.
They managed to find a transporter my "delayed" delivery needs. I wanted my car to be picked up on or around Jan 25th and to be delivered Feb 5-6th which is about 4-5 days longer than regualr trasport time. They found a transporter was going to spend time at his home base after pickup so delivery could have been delayed. I was given the name of the driver and the dispatcher for the transporter company.
One glitch took place before the pick up which was sorted out very quickly and followed up by Carla again. Received a call from a driver ten days before expected pick up time but the driver (Adriene) was so pleasant about it and realized that there was a miscommunication. Turns out, dispatcher didn't notice the note stating earliest pickup being 25th.
Driver Albert notified my friend in advance when he is coming and showed up right on time on the 25th. He was very through inspecting the condition of the car and doing the paper work. He arrived two days late due to some unforseen mechanical problems but was not an issue for me. I could call him and get updates as I needed during the transport. Eveything went well as good as it could have been.
One thing I would rather it's being paid more attention is the oily/dirty finger prints inside the driver's side door panel and the handle. I cann't expect drivers to have buthcer clean hands (one only could hope) but while inside someone else's car, I would expect them to take some measures to prevent it.
Overall, I would recommend Bullseye without any hesitation and I would use them without searching all over again. (Sorry for the long story...)
