Carla is great. She is very patient and helpful. Both of the drivers (one picked up our car, the other delivered it) are nice and professional.
Only one little negative point. Our car's muffler did not work as well as before. We got it fixed by $50. Considering the more than 2000 miles from IA to CA and the great service we received, we don't think it is a problem.
