The company I work for opened an office in Western Africa and decided to secure two used vehicles in good condition and send them over via Ocean Freight. This was one of those decisions that once it was made, all had to be done immediately. I was given the task of handling all the shipping, etc. and with little time to get it done. I got the Ocean Transport secured, but the best rate and schedule was out of the Port in Houston Texas....however it gave me little time to secure an auto tranporter, plus the time it would take to transport these from PA to TX. I called Carla at Bullseye and a couple of others to get this done. Carla was the most professional and understanding of my situation and worked at getting this resolved. She secured Howard Miller Transport to haul them and he did an excellent job getting them there in ample time. To be very honest, I was given the opportunity to have it done for less by another transporter...but the concern, attention, and extra effort shown by Carla at Bullseye won us over. We felt like her best customer, and felt sure all would be handled correctly and with no problems....and it was.
If we ever have to transport vehicles again, we definitely will go back to Bullseye....and Carla...
