Rafael from Bulldog was very efficient, polite and patient. We had to cross several unforeseen hurdles to get, and he helped us every step of the way. The first pick up was rejected by the transport driver, due to mechanical problems with the vehicle. We had to have the problems fixed, and then arrange a second pickup. Rafael discounted the broker fee by 50% on the second pickup, since the transport had been aborted the first time. Even on the second pickup attempt, a new problem arose, which potentially could have aborted the pickup again, but Rafael solved the issue for us, and the vehicle has reached it's final destination, at last. This was not an easy job. Thank you, Rafael, and Bulldog Transport!
