Although the pickup and delivery were slightly late, the overall service and experience delivered was excellent! If I made a call to Rick and he didn't answer, it was only minutes before he returned my call (even when I didn't leave a message). Rick, I appreciated that so much. Handing over the keys to my car to a stranger was like handing over my child to an unknown caregiver. The prompt responses were very reassuring.

The service delivered were excellent. My car was being transported from Memphis, Tennessee to a relative in San Diego, California. I was told it would be delivered in 4 business days...it actually took 6. That wasn't a problem or alarming to me because I thought 4 days was a little ambitious UNLESS my car was the only one being transported (which I figured wouldn't be the case).

The transport was door to door. The drivers were polite and professional. If I ever need to transport another vehicle, I would definitely use Bulldog Transport.
