Customer Service was great until after I provided a deposit, however Bulldog did respond when threatened. Overall they did everything to please me, which I can respect.

The company they hired to transport my vehicle on the other hand is another story. It was VERY hard reaching my driver and his company. No one answered the phone, voicemail was too full to leave a message. The driver was a day late picking up my car. They still PROMISED a delivery date and they did not make the first NOR second promise delivery date and time.

The company became responsive at times. But NOBODY called me first to provide an update I had to repeatedly call them.

Overall, I got my car in good condition....this was my first time maybe I know what to expect the next time.
