Do Not Use Brookwide Inc. My vehicle was damaged during drop off. I contacted my booking agent, Nick Norris at Brookwide to notify him of the damages. He stated that he would call me back shortly with the Transport's insurance information. Hours passed so I called Nick back only to be told he doesn't provide that information and that I would need to call the general number for that information. I called the general number numerous and left several messages without a response. It has now been a week since I initially contacted them. They wouldn't stop calling me to initially obtain my business, however now that there is an issue they choose to ignore me. They are a scam. Buyers beware, use another company for your auto transport.
