I originally booked a car transportation with another company, which responded very slowly. That company's agents didn't care about our needs at all. They didn't reach out until I decided to cancel my reservation with them. Because I was in such a hurry, I called Brookwide to give it a shot. I'm glad I worked with Justin Wilson. Justin was effective, responsive, and cared for our needs. He helped us find a driver on the same day we called! It was a Saturday, but Justin kept communicating with us all day long. Both my friend at the pick-up location and me got timely updates from him and the carrier. It took only three days for our car to move across the country, just as Justin promised. The driver was awesome, too. Although they charged us a bit more than the original quote, we totally understood. It was not easy to find a carrier in such a rush. Justin did a wonderful job and definitely deserves a promotion! We will for sure recommend Brookwide and its agent Justin Wilson to friends!
