Two vehicles

I called and decided to go with Bravo Transport based in Placentia, CA 92870 for my vehicle transport. Initially accomodating. My order form was submitted May 9, 2007 for the 1st available date pick up July 9th. I have not heard from them since, after 10 days of the elapsed pick up date, I called for its status. When I called I had the impression that they could not locate my order form. They found it and said that they will put it into priority list. Other times I called, I was placed into hold and never got an answer, so I had to hang up the phone. I stated my situations and there seemed to be no immediate actions. I felt that there was lack of professionalism, very poor customer care and a false hope offered. I decided to cancel my orders (how could i trust the other car to them) and told tell they should not charge my credit card, and still they did it. This is not the way to do business and treat people.

We assigned 2 different carriers to pick up the toyota corolla in TX and bring it to CA, but the customer would not release the car. Per our contract, we charged the customer the cancellation fee.
