Absolutely TERRIBLE! Came in with low bid and after checking reviews I decided to choose them. Once they got my money I had no further communication with them unless I initiated it.They kept promising pick up week after week and then never called to tell me no one has been dispatched.Finally on the third week, after I called them again, they said they could get someone there but the price would be $751 instead of $301. I said I can wait for someone to get it at the price agreed upon. I was told for the 10th time dispatch will call me back. I waited a day or two and received no call. I finally decided to cancel the order. As requested by the contract, I sent the order cancellation to info@bossautotransport.com. Surprising enough my email was rejected because of an invalid email address. The correct address is info @bossautotransport.net. After finally getting the correct address and asking for acknowledgement of my cancellation request, which of course was ignored, I called them to confirm they got it.They said someone would call me back from billing to confirm that my refund would be credited back to my card. I said "no, I have heard that way too many times". "I'll wait for the person". He finally picked up and I was told the credit has been processed and it should show up in 48 hours. Guess what no credit 48 hours later, I called again and was told he would contact my credit card company and call me right back with why my card company haven't received his refund. Shockingly, I never got the call. Waited another day or two and called my credit card company and they NEVER received refund paperwork from Boss AutoTransport. My credit card company said they give merchants 15 days after a refund request to process it. After 15 days I was told that they have now started a dispute with Boss Autotransport to get my money back. I have decided to just fly down to Florida and drive the car back myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF LIARS!!
