Unbelievable, my SUV was pick up on 3/30/05 and toady is 5/6/05 still have not delivered. After 10 business days from 3/30/05 I called my Broker (National Auto Transport 888-682-2886) they have no idea where is my SUV. 3 to 4 days later I called and left 3 message no one call back the Rep nae Carl Reed. and then finally I got a hold of him, he told me to contact the Bluehonnet (877-777-6060). Then I called the Bluehonnet they todl me need to pay $250 additional, I explain to them I was told from the broker that I was allowed to put in my SUV 100 pounds the Bluehonnet's rep said "they are not the transport company" not explain to me or give me a direction. After alot of hassle, cut off from phone, hang up on me. THe y finally said no truck willing to haul my SUV w/ my stuff. I told them I will have someone to unloan my stuff so they can ship my SUV. BUt I realize that pay then extra $250.00 to get it over. After I agreed to pay then her name Barbara say they will ship my SUV without let me know I have to sign agreement, until 4 days later I called and ask her, she said the driver was sick, but i sense that I need to do some thing, so I asked her fax to me and I gave her my fax #. After I faxed I call 4 days later, I was told the dispatcher was at lunch call back an hours. I called next day and i was told my SUV may be deliver on either Tuesday or Wednesday. I was so stupit not to read the review before choose this Broker and the company. I did curse during the conversation but they have to understand their customer frustration and not just hang up and careless with the attitude "hey you need your car, you have to beg me". I will drive my SUV if next time I move.
