The service I received was personal and excellent. I dealt directly with Cathy in the Big Brother office. My daughter was leaving NY just a week after I called to arrange the transport so Cathy was working with a short and very specific timeline. She knew just who to call and was able to arrange to have my daughter's car picked up before she left for the airport. She also arranged a back-up plan in case the driver was held up by weather, etc. and couldn't get there before my daughter had to leave. The driver kept in touch by phone, so she knew when he would arrive to collect the car, and when he would be delivering it. The car arrived undamaged when it was supposed to. I would certainly use Big Brother again if the need arises.
