I had originally made plans to ship my car from California to Texas with another company. It was the cheapest deal I could find on the web. It turns out that company was a broker that posted my job on a board. My car was available for more than a week before I planned to move. The other company told me it would happen some time in a seven day window. It turns out that no drivers wanted to take my car, and the other company didn't seem to care in any way. All they could suggest is that I take my refund and find someone else to ship it.

Fortunately, my wife and I stumbled on to Big Brothers. They did some checking to see if they could find a driver for us to ship our car out as quickly as possible. They called us back the same day with a driver they said was very reliable. We went ahead and scheduled it. I had to have a friend meet the driver since I no longer lived in California, but that wasn't a problem for them at all. The driver showed up on the day he was scheduled and picked the car up without any problem.

They told us it would take 5-7 days to drop our car off in Texas depending on the driver's route. On day 6 the driver called me and set up a time to meet on day 7. He showed up on time as planned, and delivered my car in the same condition I had left it in. It was dirty, but that was to be expected on an open transport. After a good wash, I have my car here just how it was in California.

I would highly recommend this company to someone else trying to ship a car across country. My experience showed that not all companies in this industry have the same level of service or will even deliver what they say they can, but Big Brothers did for me.
