This was the second time I have used Big Brothers Auto Transport to transport a brand new Roush Mustang across country to California. Both times I spoke with Cathy Behnke. She is very courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. She immediately sent me a quote. When I gave her the go ahead, she prromptly arrainged for the transport. She stayed in contact with me and kept me informed exactly where the driver was with my vehicle. I had 2 different drivers (one for each transport) and they were very courteous. They were on time with both transports. Both vehicles came thru perfectly and undamaged.
You could tell that Cathy and the drivers cared about the customer and the vehicles being transported. The price was very reasonable for transport from the east coast to the west coast. I felt at ease using Big Brorthers Auto Transport to ship these 2 very rare Roush Mustangs. These 2 Roush Mustangs are not replaceable, especially since they are very low serial numbered vehicles and I felt very comfortable trusting Big Brothers Auto Transport with the shipping.
I look forwward to using Big Brothers Auto Transport in the future, because I know their service is very courteous and trustworthy.
