We contacted Cathy because I got orders to Texas. We gave her the 160.00 dollars and never heard from again! I had over 3,000 dollars in getting my car here and driving a rental car. I called cathy 2 months later on a whim and she anwsered and told me that she could not get ahold of me... meanwhile she had mine and my husbands cell phone numbers, home addressess, parents phone numbers, email addresses and destination address. She refunded the money but I didnt appreciate the excuse and the extra money I had to pay. Horrible service.
