They do have hidden fees at the drivers discretion

Be very careful with this company they do have hidden fees that are not brought up until the car is picked up. Unfortunately at that time I was already in another state waiting for my car due to a cancellation of pick up because of 1 inch of snow at 2 pm. There was more snow fall around 9 pm. You can not have anything in your car that is over 100 pounds. according to the driver that is one small box. It is also at the driver discretion as to what they charge you. According to the driver they do not know the company that books your car for shipping. I saw nothing on the contract I signed that said things could not be in your car. The items in the car clothing, toiletries, and kitchen ware. They is the part of the document that has the hidden fees. They say having things in your car is a modification. ? Shipper is to provide an accurate description of the vehicle intended for transported. *Correct year, make and model. *Any modifications must be specified (lifted, lowered, roof rack, etc.). *Whether the vehicle is operable or inoperable must be specified upon booking. If the vehicle is misrepresented extra fees to carrier can be incurred. When my car was delivered I informed the driver I talked to the company and they said $700 he then refused to give me my car and said he was taking my car and to call the cops. The whole meeting with the driver was recorded. I also have text messages to prove I communicated with the company about the driver extorting me for money.
