I was sorely disappointed by the service that I received from this company. They did not know where my vehicle was for most of the 16 days that they had it. They did not COMMUNICATE at all. Not even with the broker, Red carpet, whom I WOULD highly recommend again. Thank you for your help Patrick! They promised delivery on the 6th of the month, I got it on the 16th. Then they said they have 30 days to get me my car. Beware of this company. I am a very reasonable person, things happen, but DO NOT LIE to the customer, ever. Then threaten to throw the vehicle into a terminal and say that I refused to accept delivery. This company is dishonest, and they were from the very beginning. Completely unacceptable behavior. If you are a consumer reading this, pass on by, if you are a broker, you should avoid all business entanglements with this company completely. Now I feel better warning unwary consumers. Thanks again Best transport for my missing rubber all weather mats, I hope that whoever took them get some use out of them this winter, you obviously need them more than me. DISHONEST!!!!!!!!
