Paid a deposit (shame on me) for the transport of 2 vehicles from California to Texas. They never picked up my vehicles AND they simply stopped taking my calls altogether. Until then they had lots of excuses and made lots of promises. Long story short, I had to hire another transport company as I was literally leaving California. THAT company was fantastic. I learned an expensive lesson, so I'd really like to save everyone else whatever anguish I can. DO NOT even consider toying with the idea of using Best Direct Shipping for your vehicle transportation needs. I never found any reviews about this company or Jim Powers before I hired them and now the internet is full of customers that were scammed out of money and never received the service by these scam artists. Many reviews too of people who's cars were transported and received thousands of dollars worth of damage in transit. Learn from my example and, I repeat, DON'T USE THIS PATHETIC CAR TRANSPORT COMPANY.
