In November of 2016, I made plans to move from Mississippi to Arizona, but there was just one problem. I would be moving by myself, and I have terrible driving anxiety. The thought of driving for 3-5 days alone terrified me, so I began to look for alternatives. I went online and googled 'transport my car out of state' and a few broker sites came up. I entered my information, and waited.

Thankfully, I didn't have to wait long. Best Direct Shipping was one of the first ones to connect with me. Not only did they offer the best rate ($650 while competitors were quoting $900 - $1600), but they were great to talk to on the phone. Jim took his time explaining the process to me, and unlike the other competitors who I had spoken to, he didn't ever bad mouth the competition. He just talked to me about my car, how the process went and took it from there.

I changed the date of my move a couple of times and Jim was very accommodating.

Michael, the driver, was very nice too, and when I met him, my mind was at ease because I knew he would take good care of my car.
