Despite the following story, my impression about this company is good espicially for thier communication and honesty. I was started with $650 quote. a $100 of it goes to the BEARS' which attracted no drivers to pick up my car for 4 days. Then the BEARS' waived thier $100 to the driver "carrier" but he was not able to come closer than 45 miles from agreed point. The following week, an other listing was made for 650 for the driver and $100 for the broker "BEARS'". They wanted to offer me the lowest price but they should have known that the rate is not attractive to carriers. The driver belonged to "unverified" carrier. He was late 1 day in picking up (Winter Storm) and 2 days in dilvery. All phone communication were responded immediatly.
