On May 13, 2009, I made a random call to Bear Transport and that was a lucky day for me. I had never used an auto transport company before and had no idea of the procedures and what to expect. A young lady by the name of Liz answered the phone and her warmth and friendliness was immediately evident. I explained that I was transporting a vehicle to my young son in New Mexico and that I needed to expedite the shipment. Liz explained the process to me FULLY and immediately went to work to find a carrier that could get the car to my son as soon as possible. She called me back within 30 minutes to inform me that I could get a pickup in 4 days which was good but that the delivery date was 7-9 days. She sensed my dissapointment on the delivery estimate so she volunteered to continue the search for a better schedule. Within another 30 minutes, she was back on the phone and had found a carrier that was 20 miles from my home and able to pick up on the next day with a delivery to New Mexico in 4 days. Oh Happy Day! I was so excited and she got everything confirmed immediately. Liz was WONDERFUL and I hope that Bear transport realizes what an invaluable emplloyee she is. Even more remarkable was that within the next hour, I received a call from Haraka Transporters indicating that they were ready to pick up the vehicle that day, which they did. I must also commend the employees of Haraka Transporters because they were so polite, friendly and professional. Contact was made with my son during the transport which was relieving to him and myself. They arrived safely and right ON TIME. We could have not asked for a better experience and I plan to call only Bear from now on and will recommend them to everyone that I know.
