Given it was our first experience with auto transport, I was most impressed and grateful for such a smooth process. I'm especially grateful that I/we went with Bears as I had also been considering another company that matched their quote. I knew I'd found the right place with the first call. Everything was handled quickly and professionally by Nadine. She was patient, articulate, positive and very supportive, walking me through each step from deciding on the best date, to completing the contract online, and what to expect at the time of pick up and delivery. As it turned out, once we'd selected a date- really a window of ideal shipping dates- we were lucky enough within the hour to find an earlier date which suited us well. Bears Transport is a family owned business and they seemed to embrace the values I deem important in business transactions- their "word" was good and they followed through with all as promised- smoothly and in a timely fashion. I also liked that Nadine honored and acknowledged the truckers who work so hard and are responsible for the successful transport of the customer's vehicles. I felt as if I was in good hands. And, I would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family should the need arise. Thank you Nadine- all of you at Bears for your good work!!
