Everything that could go wrong to delay shipping my car did go wrong. First a snow storm, two day delay, next a broken axle ($4,500.00 damage to the truckers), three day delay. I went to Texas to buy the car and meet the transport service and see the car loaded and had to change my flights twice and did not see the car loaded on to the transport. Even though the experience was frustrating Joshua K called constantly to help and did arrange the transport service very quickly. Once the car was picked up in Dallas it was delivered to Salt Lake City to my house in two days. The father and son driving team were like surgeons removing it from a enclosed transport vehicle. Four cars had to be removed from the truck before mine could be off loaded (a Porsche, Ferrari and BMW). Not a nick or scratch. Despite the problems the service was perfect, and the quality of cars the transport company routinely handled were high end and that is what Josh guaranteed me. Thanks, and I would use Beam Me Up Auto Transport any time and recommend them. The drivers even lowered the price for my travel inconvenience.
