The driver was nice but the company (Beacon) that takes your order was not communicative nor responsive. I had a call at 1pm on the pick up day stating that the driver would be there in 3 hours. At 9pm that night, I called to find out what happened. He said he didn't know but would call me the next morning. I didn't receive a call but did leave them a message. The driver called at 1pm and said he would be there in a couple of hours. I called him at 6pm to ask if he was lost - - he said "20 minutes". In an hour, he arrived.
I didn't know when delivery would be as it can take 4-7 days. I was told that I would receive a call to give me a day and then the driver would give me a 2 hour warning so I could plan accordingly. I received NO WARNING call. The driver called me at 11:15PM and woke me up saying he would be there in 10 minutes. I quickly dressed and had to walk 1/2 mile in the night to our neighborhood gate as the truck didn't want to drive into the community. At midnight I received the filthy car and was asked to sign that there was no damage. Beside it being filthy, I couldn't see a thing at midnight.
Thankfully, it looks fine I think. The driver was nice but stay away from Beacon, they just subcontract it out and forget about you!!!!
