Ella Jones from Movewheels.com assisted me in every aspect throughout this whole process shipping my new car from GA to NJ. From rescheduling 3 different times with 3 different times because of complications from the dealership and not having a set date to release the car.
Ella was on top of it all. She would reach out to the dealership multiple times throughout each day to see when the car was being released so she could schedule a driver to get my car and was very transparent throughout the whole process. I felt comfortable through a process most people will find stressful.
