I was definitely hesitant to use BKK as they were far and away cheaper than any other brokerage company i was looking at by at least $300. But after talking with Ian I went ahead and went with them. He walked me through the process and explained everything in very good detail. He told me that due to current snow storms pickup and delivery may be delayed a little... But i completely understood as i didn't want any trucker driving my new truck to me in a terrible snow storm. Ian told me the truck should be picked up withing 3 days or so and it was picked up the very next day. After pickup Ian texted me the drivers contact information so i can speak with him and get updates and estimated delivery. Truck was delivered 3 days later. It was dirty but it was on an open trailer so i expected it to be way more dirty than what it was. All in all i was completely satisfied with BKK for their great price and finding me a trucker to transport my truck halfway across the country.

I will easily use BKK again if i ever need anything shipped.
