I bought a bike from someone in California and had to ship it to myself in Texas. I'd never shipped a motorcycle before. Ruby stayed in touch with me and kept me informed of what was going on and patiently answered all my questions. The time estimate was right on (in fact they arrived a day earlier than anticipated). Bike was in great shape. Highly recommend. Very professional!
